Saying yes to ENCORE has paid off for a North Bay couple.
Jon and Laura Stanton won $100,000 by matching the last six of seven ENCORE numbers in the Aug. 27 LOTTARIO draw.
“I saw Big Winner and just stared at the screen wondering if I just saw what I thought I did,” Jon says. “I had to scan it several times to be sure – it was kind of fun.”
“I feel so blessed. This is very overwhelming,” says Laura. “It’s heartwarming for us because we plan to share with our cherished family. We will share the joy for now and take a moment before we decide what to do with the rest.”
The retired couple purchased the winning ticket at Mr. Gas on Highway 11 in North Bay.
