Ahead of Canada Day, North Bay Police are warning about firework safety. They remind people that setting off your own fireworks in a public place is prohibited before, during and after the city’s fireworks. They also ask that people always have water nearby, choose a wide clear site away from obstacles, and that children under 18 are supervised by an adult.
