A 44-year-old West Nipissing resident has been charged after a break-in to a Main Street residence in Sturgeon Falls.
Ontario Provincial Police say officers with the Nipissing West detachment responded to an unwanted person in a multi-residence around 9 pm on Monday.
The OPP says an apartment had been broken into and one person was arrested, with a small quantity of suspected methamphetamine seized.
Break and enter and drug possession charges were filed.
The accused was released with a court appearance scheduled for September 1 in West Nipissing.
