OPP say stolen vehicle leads to charges in West Nipissing

A 26-year-old West Nipissing resident is facing several charges after Ontario Provincial Police located a possible stolen vehicle from Sudbury.  

Nipissing West OPP say officers found the vehicle stopped at a Highway 17 business in West Nipissing, with the driver arrested after they say a false name was proved.  

Charges include possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, obstruct police, personation with intent and failure to comply with a release order.  

The accused was released with a July 7 court appearance in West Nipissing.
