Conseil scolaire catholique Franco-Nord is hosting a free virtual wellness event on Thursday, May 26.
“This live French conference, presented by renowned author and international francophone speaker, Carol Allain, aims to develop skills to better manage stress and time in order to balance work demands and personal commitments to live well,” states a release.
The school board says an interactive French question and answer session will be held after the 7 pm presentation.
