Isadore Day elected Ontario Regional Chief

A First Nation chief who is no stranger to the North Shore region of Lake Huron is now Ontario`s regional chief.  Isadore Day, who heads the Serpent River First Nation, was elected to the post over two other chiefs.  As regional chief, Day now represents the views of 133 First Nations across the province.  Grand Council Chief Pat Madahbee,   the Premier of Ontario and the province`s Aboriginal Affairs minister have all congratulated Day on his win.
