Two more COVID-19 cases added to workplace outbreak

Four new cases of COVID-19 are being reported by the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit. 

Three are in Nipissing District and one is in Parry Sound. 

There are 21 active cases across the region with one person in hospital. 

The number of cases associated with a workplace outbreak has increased by two since Thursday. 

There are now nine cases associated with the outbreak that was declared on Tuesday.  

Over 88 percent of residents ages 12 and up have received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine.

Nearly 85 percent are fully vaccinated.
