The Anishinabek Police Service (APS) is reporting over $80,000 worth of illegal drugs are off the street.
This after a traffic stop by officers with the Nipissing First Nation detachment.
APS says a woman failed to provide a valid driver’s license and provided what was believed to be false information about her identity.
A search was conducted and suspected crack cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamines worth an estimated street value of $80,000 were seized.
Weapons, money and scales were also seized.
A 32-year-old North Bay woman faces eight charges in all, including four counts of drug possession for the purpose of trafficking.
She was held for a bail hearing.
