The calendar turning over to October means a few things are happening in West Nipissing, and one of those is the return of “Une canne ça dépanne”.
The school is inviting folks to leave food in a bag or box in a visible place outside their door on Thursday, October 7, before 4:00 pm. Volunteers will then collect the food between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
The school board is encouraging everyone to identify their donations by sticking the mailed flyer on the box or bag.
If your home was missed, you can still bring the donations to Franco-Cite during school hours the next day.
The West Nipissing Food Bank will accept e-transfers to [email protected] (please use the password: patriotes) from those wishing to make a financial contribution. In the e-transfer message box, please provide your email address.
