Traffic stop results in drug possession charge

West Nipissing police have charged a 23-year-old man after they found marijuana in the back seat of his vehicle.  Police first stopped the vehicle in Sturgeon Falls for routine reasons.  But when the driver gave the officer information that made no sense, police decided to search the vehicle and that’s when they found the marijuana.  The driver is charged with possession of a substance for the purpose of trafficking.
