The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit is reporting 16 new cases of COVID-19 on the weekend.
Thirteen are in Nipissing District.
With resolved cases there are now 85 active cases, 78 are in Nipissing.
There are ten people in hospital, up two from Friday’s update.
The Health Unit also reports 35 cases are now associated with the outbreak at the North Bay Jail.

That’s an increase of two from Friday.
Six cases are now listed as Delta Variant of Concern (VOC) with 209 Alpha VOC.
Nearly 27 percent of adults in the district have been fully vaccinated.
