Six new cases of COVID-19 to end the week

Six new cases of COVID-19 are being reported by the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit. 

All of them are in Nipissing District. 

With four resolved cases there are now 77 active cases in the region.  

Only four of them are in the Parry Sound District. 

Thirty-three of the cases are associated with the outbreak at the North Bay Jail. 

Over 79,000 adults in the region have had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.  

Nearly 27 percent of adults are fully vaccinated.
