More high schools could be getting involved with the east-west cheer. Now schools in Parry Sound and Almaguin are interested. The annual event at Memorial Gardens sees about three thousand students from the Bay, Sturgeon Falls and Mattawa compete for the loudest cheer during a hockey tournament.
