A large gathering at an East-Ferris home has led to a 17-year-old being charged.
North Bay OPP says a complaint led officers to discover about 30 people both in and outside the home just after 11 pm on Friday.
The teen was charged with Fail to Comply with Continued Section 7.0.2 Order – Rules for Areas in Stage 1 contrary to the Reopening of Ontario Act (ROA) section 10(1).
The OPP says in Stage 1 of the ROA, outdoor social gatherings and organized public events are allowed for up to 10 people with proper social distancing and mask use.
