Police have charged a Sturgeon Falls man for breaking his court order conditions.
The man was ordered not to come within 100 metres of a West Nipissing school because of an incident he had with one of the students. He was seen by the victim riding his motorcycle past the school on May 11th. It was later confirmed by surveillance footage.
The court order conditions stem from previous charges of Sexual Interference and Fail to Comply with an Undertaking. Police have charged the 19 year old with two counts of breach of recognizance.
