Charges have been laid in North Bay after a pick-up truck hit four pedestrians in the city’s downtown on the weekend. The woman is in the North Bay hospital in stable condition and three children are in an Ottawa hospital, also in stable condition. Police say the pick-up truck lost control, hit a parked vehicle and then hit the pedestrians. A 21-year-old is charged with four counts of dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
