A North Bay man is facing an assault charge after a fight between him and his girlfriend turned violent. Police were called to a down town apartment at around 8 last night after a neighbour heard a scream.
The man had allegedly hit his girlfriend while they were having an argument. The name of the accused will not be released to protect the identity of the victim.
Meanwhile… North Bay Police had another busy weekend. They responded to 208 calls for service and arrested and charged 10 people.
