New cases of COVID-19 are being reported in our region for the first time in three days. The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit is reporting three new cases today (Thursday) all in the Parry Sound District.
With four resolved cases, there are now 11 active in the region, six of which are in the Nipissing District.
Two people are currently in hospital.
Over 12-hundred vaccine doses were administered over the past day as just under a third of the region’s eligible population has one shot. 35-thousand total vaccine doses have now been given in our region.
