Police answer the door to two thieves while doing a drug search at North Bay home…

Police have charged a North Bay man and woman for dealing cocaine. They busted the two after conducting a drug search warrant at a unit on McLeod Street last night. They also seized 28 grams of cocaine, valued at 28-hundred dollars, and 88 hundred dollars of cash.

While officers were searching that residence for drugs, they answered the door to a 51-year-old North Bay man with a bag full of suspected stolen clothes and shoes from a local department store. He was arrested on site and charged with theft and breach of probation.

Later on another man knocked on the door with a wad full of cash in his hand. It turns out he was the suspect in a downtown motel theft that had happened earlier that night. Police arrested the 34-year-old on scene and charged him with theft and two counts of breach of probation.
