A Powassan-area man is facing charges after his ice hut was hosting over 10 people on Saturday.
North Bay OPP say the ice hut was on Wasi Lake in Powassan.
The 36-year-old from Chisholm Township has been charged a total of $880.
Over the weekend, North Bay OPP reports it has received numerous calls about COVID-19 regulations being broken, and officers are taking it seriously and following-up on all complaints.
