The off-duty Blind River OPP constable who died last week has his funeral Wednesday in the community. Thirty-six-year-old David Dennie died just a kilometre east of town when his SUV collided with a transport trailer last Thursday morning. Several hundred people are expected to attend the funeral including police officers from across Ontario. Dennie leaves behind his wife and two children. The investigation into the fatal collision continues
