A 79-year-old North Bay man has been issued a Provincial Offence Notice for careless driving after he lost control of his pick-up truck.
The crash happened yesterday, when the man was trying to turn into a parking lot in Callander, and struck a parked car. The driver of the parked car was in his vehicle and suffered injuries. Paramedics responded and transferred him to hospital.
Both cars and a corner store sign were damage. Police say no one else was injured in the incident.
