Police seek public’s help in bank break-in

The Nipissing West OPP is hoping the public can help find two suspects believed to have broken into Field’s Caisse Alliance.

Police say the break-in happened on Oct. 2 just before five in the morning when two men wearing black clothing, gloves, and masks attempted to shoot the camera lens, but failed.

After smearing paint over the cameras, they attacked the ATM in the front lobby.

They tried to break open the machine with tools but couldn’t and took off on foot heading east.  The investigation continues.
