Two youths have been charged following a police chase in North Bay last night.
At around 8 PM an off duty police officer spotted a stolen car travelling northbound towards Main Street and reported it immediately.
Several cop cars ended up chasing the car because the driver wouldn’t pull over.
The car eventually stopped at O’Brien and the bypass.
As a result of the investigation, North Bay Police arrested and charged the driver with:
-One count of theft of a motor vehicle;
-One count of flight from police;
– One count of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle; and
– Three counts of breach of probation.
Police also arrested and charged the passenger with:
– One count of theft of a motor vehicle; and
– Four counts of breach of probation.
