Federal inmate who frequents the North Bay area caught in Toronto…

UPDATE: The federal inmate has been caught by police in Toronto.

A federal inmate, known to frequent the North Bay area, is wanted by the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad.

Thirty-eight year old Darryl Babinski is serving a five-year sentence for armed robbery, death threats, and mischief, and is wanted for breaching parole.

He is described as an Aboriginal man, 5’10, 162 pounds, with numerous tattoos including a fish and a skull on both sides of his neck.
