A West Nipissing woman has to pay up after letting her dogs roam free during the closed season for big game.
Donna Woods of Crystal Falls has pleaded guilty to the offence, after her two dogs mauled a white tail deer in a neighbor’s property.
The dogs also attacked a cow moose and her young cow in the Crystal Falls Road Area.
She has been fined 1-thousand dollars by the Ministry of Natural Resources.
The ministry reminds dog owners that they are responsible for controlling their dogs at all times.
