OPP charge man for walking on rail tracks

A 62-year-old man walking on rail tracks has been hit with a trespass offense.  It happened in Parry Sound where a man was walking on a CN-owned line.  Police say walking on tracks is dangerous because a train could be just around the corner and you might not be able to jump off the tracks in time.  The best police can do when they catch someone on a rail track is hit with them with a trespass notice because rail lines are private property.
