The New Democrat says Hydro One claims it reimburses customers if it’s overcharged them according to a Windsor Star story. But Gelinas says what’s really happening is Hydro One is applying the overbilling to the customer’s account as a credit. She says this is happening even if the bill is thousands of dollars. The Nickel Belt MPP wants Hydro One to set the record straight and preach what it says.
