West Nipissing police are dealing with two separate sexual assaults in Sturgeon Falls. Police say in one incident a 17-year-old boy had sexual contact with an underage girl three different times. The teen is charged with three counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual interference and one count of invitation to sexual touching. The second incident is alleged to have taken place in a Sturgeon Falls home in 2009. Following an investigation police charged a 38-year-old man with sexual assault.
