A snowmobiler was hurt on a lake about 100 kilometres south west of Kapuskasing. OPP say the man hit a huge rock protruding through the ice. The 47-year-old from Kapuskasing was on an ice-fishing trip. The injured man was first taken to a hospital in Kapuskasing but was then airlifted to Sudbury. He’s now in stable condition. Police say alcohol was not a factor as they continue their investigation.
