Groups say keep LHIN

A provincial government Standing Committee has heard northerners want to keep the NorthEast Local Health Integration Network as is.  The committee was in Sudbury and heard from 29 northerners from five area communities.  The committee heard not only do groups want to keep the LHIN, they want it to build.  Joel Johnson, who’s involved in mental health in North Bay, told the committee he wants the LHIN to stay the course.  And Janets Fathers, an RN on Manitoulin, says the LHIN makes a difference in the lives of its clients.
