A North Bay resident is in some trouble with the Nipissing West OPP.
Police say on Saturday they responded to a call of a “suspicious person” on a roof of a business on King Street in Sturgeon Falls. Once officers arrived, they identified the person. Officials say an investigation revealed the accused was in breach of conditions as imposed by the court.
The 27-year-old from North Bay was charged with: Fail to Comply with Recognizance.
Police say the person was not injured and released with a court date for June 4 in West Nipissing.
