Some activities for the March break in West Nipissing have now been closed over COVID-19 concerns.
The municipality announced that the Community and Recreation Centre, along with the Sturgeon River House Museum will be closed to the public until April 6. This closure affects all municipal arenas, pool and fitness centres.
The municipality adds they will release a full update on municipal services and ways West Nipissing is trying to limit the spread of COVID-19.
Sudbury announced their second confirmed case of the virus Sunday.
