Tonight’s West Nipissing council meeting has been cancelled.
Janice Dupuis, the deputy clerk, says the meeting is cancelled because of inclement weather.
The agenda, which included a presentation by a group called Friends of the Beach, the removal and refurbishment of a sidewalk in Verner, and safety concerns for the intersection of Highway 17 and Highway 64 (Ottawa Street), will be addressed the next time council meets.
The rescheduled meeting is next Tuesday.
