One person is in the hospital with serious injuries after a vehicle left Highway 144 before crashing into a ditch.
Nipissing West OPP, along with Sudbury Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Greater Sudbury Fire Services responded to the single-vehicle collision on between Lively and Chelmsford, City of Greater Sudbury.
The driver was the lone occupant of the car. Officers say they have completed their investigation and there will be no charges laid.
The incident took place Friday around 4:40pm, closing Highway 144 until 6:15pm.
