North Bay police make arrest in shotgun incident

North Bay police have charged a 22-year-old man after a shotgun was pointed at people last month.  Police made the connection to the January incident by first arresting the driver of a vehicle for liquor offenses a few days ago.  Inside the vehicle was a 12 gauge sawed off shotgun and loose shells.  After looking into the case further police determined the man had threatened people with the weapon.  The man is charged with several offenses including two counts of threatening, pointing a firearm, possession of a prohibited weapon and using a firearm in the commission of an offense.
