North Bay Evolution Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brought together five local clubs in a fundraising effort.
The workshop was hosted at Ferris Family Karate with six professors and coaches to teach different techniques to 40 students from schools across Ontario.
“This event is a great chance to, sharpen our skills, have some fun and raise money for a great cause,” said Matt Bolan, Head Coach of the host club.
The fundraising efforts were for Jordan Gardiner, a local paramedic currently battling colon cancer.
