Total of $19296.45

Desormiers says this fundraising money will go towards the purchase of a new CT Scanner for the hospital.  They are in the final stages of working with the ministry of health and hope to have the scanner in place and operational by April 1st 2020.

Morin says he and the organizing team are very thankful for the support again this year from the public and Caisse Alliance who not only made the $5000.00 donation but also participated by purchasing t-shirts for staff.

He adds that the local firefighters and volunteers’ fundraising efforts continue very soon with the annual Santa Fund Telethon on Sunday November 24th which raises money for the purchase of food and toys for local underprivileged families.
