(Stock photo) North Bay Police caught a man suspected of attempting a break and enter at a recreation facility on Trout Lake Road. As a result, a 20-year-old man from West Nipissing has been arrested and charged with: One count of Break and Enter One count of Possession of Break-In Instruments One count of breach of probation Just after 2:00 pm on Tuesday, the man was observed rummaging an office at the facility. The accused was approached by an employee which caused the man to flee the area. The employee pursued the man and Police were contacted and the man was arrested. A search of the accused revealed several tools constituting break-in instruments. The accused remains in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
