The North Bay Serenity Hospice is hosting a job fair on October 8.
Since the hospice hasn’t been fully completed, it will take place at Yes Employment on Main Street in North Bay from 2:30pm until 6:30pm.
The hospice is looking for 20 qualified individuals who are professional, positive and upbeat. The available positions are Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Personal Support Workers, Housekeepers, Cooks, and Custodians. Bilingualism will be considered an asset.
“Our hospice is an incredible asset for the community,” stated Elizabeth Evans, Executive Director. “We are offering state of the art palliative care in a residential hospice and contributing to job creation in a significant way.”
Job seekers will have the opportunity to submit their resumes and present themselves to the employer.
