Recovery Days set for Saturday

Tomorrow, the North Bay Recovery Home is hosting the 13th annual Recovery Days.

“Our event is at the Kiwanis Bandshell at the waterfront,” Wendy Prieur, the Executive Director of the North Bay Recovery Home relayed. “We start at 9:00am and our event goes all day and we wrap up at 11 at night.”

There are loads of events planned throughout the day from lighting up City Hall to speaker panels, to a barbeque, live entertainment, a street dance, games and more.

“We hope to see people out throughout it,” Prieur said. “We have lots of exciting things that are happening and lots of opportunities to hear from people who are on the journey of recovery.”
