The Smile Cookie campaign is officially kicking off at Tim Hortons today.
Running until Sunday, local Tim Hortons restaurant owners will donate $1 from every cookie to hospitals, charities or programs in the community.
Last year Tim Hortons restaurant owners in Sturgeon Falls raised $19,371 for the Smile Cookie campaign. That’s about 1.34 cookies per person in Sturgeon Falls based on the population.
The goal this year is to pass the amount raised from last year.
