The Municipality of West Nipissing is again providing bottled water to Verner residents after their water from the municipal water system became discoloured.
The water is available until 6:00pm this evening at the Verner Fire Hall.
High levels of manganese are behind the discolouration.
The water also has a taste and smell to it.
The municipality says despite all three factors, the water is bacteriologically safe.
Council is holding a special meeting of council on Tuesday to deal with the issue and discuss possible solutions.
Although the meeting, which begins at 6:30pm in the council chambers, will be available on Livestream, it will not be broadcast on Eastlink.
