Nipissing West OPP has arrested and charged a 19-year-old Sturgeon Falls man after a call about suspicious activity by the Minnehaha Bay Marina in Sturgeon Falls.
Police officers were on the scene quickly and noticed that the restaurant at the site had been broken into and saw two people running away.
Police caught one of the people and he’s charged with mischief-destroys or damages property and break and enter to commit an indictable offence.
OPP have determined the name of the second person and are now looking for the individual.
The incident took place July 18th at around 11:00pm.
