The two potentially dangerous people who went missing from the mental health program at North Bay’s hospital have been spotted in New Brunswick. Cara Duval and Joseph Pepin tried to rent an apartment in New Brunswick on Saturday, but the owner recognized them and called the RCMP. Before police arrived the pair had fled. They were driving an grey car similar to a Chrysler Intrepid. They were reported missing on January 22nd.
