Opening Ceremonies for the Special Olympics Ontario Winter Games kick off at Nipissing University from 7 PM tomorrow. Everyone is welcome to attend the big event that is expected to bring over 350 athletes, along with their coaches and families to the city. North Bay Mayor Al McDonald says this is a good thing for the community in more ways than one, with hotels booked, and restaurants expected to be full.
