Gravelle gets major critics' portfolio
It’s a big move up for Claude Gravelle, the federal New Democrat for Nickel Belt. His leader has named Gravelle the party’s critic for Official Languages as he unveiled his Shadow Cabinet. Another promotion has gone to John Rafferty of Thunder Bay-Rainy River. Rafferty is now critic for the Pensions portfolio. Also, Charlie Angus of Timmins-James Bay is in charge of Ethics and Carol Hughes in Algoma Manitoulin Kapuskasing is left as deputy critic of Aboriginal Health.
