It’s repeat winners for North Bay’s chamber of commerce memorial awards. Winning the Mary Ellen Horner Memorial Award for the second year in a row as Volunteer of the Year is Nicole Bamford. And for the fourth straight year, Jake Lacourse has won the Betty Alcorn Memorial Award as Director of the Year. Lacourse now serves as chamber president.
