A man who was under a court order not to take drugs faces several charges after breaking that court order at a restaurant in Sturgeon Falls.
West Nipissing police responded to a call from the restaurant about a man behaving suspiciously and consuming drugs in the eating establishment.
Police say the man had been released recently on the condition he obeys a curfew and not take any drugs.
Police say the man broke both conditions.
The man resisted arrest when police tried to take him into custody.
