West Nipissing police continue to look into a case where one man cut another man on the arm after the pair got into an argument.
Police say the April 28th matter took place in a Sturgeon Falls residence and add the victim was drinking at the time.
At some point, both men began to argue and when the argument escalated, the accused produced a knife and used it to slash the victim’s arm.
Police say the victim had serious injuries to his arm as a result of the cut and was hospitalized to have the wound treated.
Police have charged the accused with assault with a weapon.
